Captain Luke Parker MSc, CEng, MInstRE was
seconded throughout 2020/21 into government
as a Senior Civil Servant within the Joint
Biosecurity Centre’s Analytics and Analysis
Directorate. Here, he has provided decisionsupport to the ministerial level of government.
