Rippendeep Sra (Rippen) is an experienced Civil Engineer based in Dubai, UAE; specializing in Infrastructure Development Projects, RTA Pedestrian Bridges, patented projects. She also holds Vice-Chair position at Graduate & Student Committee of Institution of Civil Engineers UAE and organises monthly events to motivate Engineers on their journey to achieving Chartership. She also organized events for the CHAIN Dubai from November 2021 onwards and passionately seeks uniting the professional institutes with the aspiring young engineers and experienced professionals in the region and form a knowledge sharing constitution. Additionally, building a strong networking community to understand the skills needed for the industry and help build them. She enjoys promoting the CHAIN Dubai events as the Social Media Secretary and spread the word about the CHAIN in the region.
