Charlie Smith is a Mechanical Engineer based in Nottingham; specialising in project management and asset management of the rolling stock sector. He also is a member of the IMechE Young Member’s Board in Derby and Nottingham. Charlie is passionate about collaboration with other engineering institutions, and bringing differing perspectives together on relevant engineering issues in today’s world. Charlie has a keen interest on professional development of young engineers and looks to promote the IMechE’s various development tools and courses for the East Midlands area.
